There are 2 types of skills in Arcuz: Active skills and passive skills. Passive skills will provide a permanent bonus and will always be active. Active skills can be dragged into corresponding hotbar and then be used with the corresponding key. They have a cooldown and cost SP to use. Moreover Arcuz 2 has a all skills of Arcuz with changes names, but it also has a lot of new skills. Arcuz also features set skills, where equipping a decicated set of items will grant you an exclusive skill.

Heroic Stamina
Improve loading 10 Level 5 Gives +50 weight additional carrying capacity per point spent. Useless, just invest some strenght.
Battle Frenzy
Counterattack 10 Level 15 Gives the player a +5% per point spent chance to block an incoming hit from a nonmagical enemy and activate the Berserk Skill in reponse. Casts Berserk Level 1 or equivalent to the players investment into the Beserk skill. Inferior to the Berserk Skill in every way. Since Berserk is nearly permanent at level 3, there is no reason to ever use this.
Inner Strength
Increase HP & SP Recovery speed 10 Level 10 Gives +1 HP Recovery and +1 SP Recovery per point spent. SP Regeneration is good lategame, but may be better acquired by compose.
Enlightenment
Increase all attributes 10 Level 20 Gives +5 points on all 4 attributes per point spent. Best passive skill ingame, due to the sheer amount of stats you get.

2600/2800/ 3000 frames, 70%/80%/90% SP Continously spin at half movement speed, damaging all enemies around you for 100/200/300 frames. Very good clearing tool, Damage immunity while cast, beware of thunder centaurs canceling it with their charge attack though.
Force Wave
Energy Wave 3 Level 5 180/160/140 frames, 25/35/50 SP Shoots an Energy Wave into the direction your are facing, dealing +5%/+10%/+15% nonelemental damage to enemies. Hard to hit since enemies usually swarm you.
Elemental Wave

2700/2750/2800 frames, 80%/90%/100% SP Hit all enemies onscreen for +200%/+350%/+500% Damage. Hard to use effectively lategame without being cancelled by a thunder enemy.
Berserk
Berserk 3 Level 5, 10, 15 800/1000/1200 frames, 40/45/50 SP Doubles damage taken and dealt for 350/700/1050 frames. Very good damage booster, worth the risk.
Sprint
Speedup 3 Level 10, 15, 20 1400/2100/ 2800 frames, 50/55/60 SP Doubles movement speed and attack speed for 350/700/1050 frames. Very good against bosses. Also good for general combat and movement.
Life Force
Holy Light 3 Level 20 10500 frames, 180 SP Gives 30%/65%/100% increased HP/SP and a chance of 30%/65%/100% to revive upon death for 5/10/15 minutes or until triggered/death. Effectively doubles your defenses and makes skills more spammable.

Shield Bash II=3

Adds a 10% per point chance to reflect a fraction of damage of any blocked hit back to the opponent. The only damaging skill to ignore levelgaps, compulsory for Balor 2, Useless otherwise.
Heroic Stamina
Heroic Stamina 10 Level 5 Gives +100 weight additional carrying capacity per point spent. Useless, just invest some strenght.

Last Stand
Last Stand 5 Level 5 Gives a 10% per point chance to surive a lethal hit at 1 Health. Nice Savety option, can help in a pinch.
Tiger Jump
Tiger Jump 1 Level 5 Makes you invulnerable while jumping. Completely useless.
Protection from Evil
Protection from Evil 10 Level 15-42 (every third level) Gives 6% per point chance to block curses. Mostly superflous, since you just drink Hex Cleanser Hex Cleansers.
Charge Slash I
Charge Slash I 1 Level 10 Allows you to charge your basic attacks to deal a single powerful blow. The Timing is pretty finicky, but if you manage it, you tear trough enemy shields and do huge damage atop.
Charge Slash II
Charge Slash II 1 Level 15 Allows you to charge your basic attacks to deal a single powerful blow. Stronger than Charge Slash I and stackable with it. The Timing is pretty finicky, but if you manage it, you tear trough enemy shields and do huge damage atop.

Backstab I

Guardian 3 Level 15, 18, 21 2000/2200/2500 frames, 200/300/400 SP Blocks the next 1/2/3 incoming hits completely. Lasts 40/80/120 second or until exhausted. Completely useless.
Divine Blessing
Divine Blessing 3 Level 10, 15, 20 2200/2100/2000 frames, 230/240/250 SP Your attacks deal maximum damage and increase damage to armor for 10/15/20 seconds. Inferior to other offensive boosting skills.
Fire Elemental
