This is the village where the player starts out in both games. In Arcuz the player ventures out from the village into the surrunding lands, whereas as in Arcuz 2 the player will explore the dungeon below the village. You can not leave the village in Arcuz 2 or enter the dungeon in Arcuz. The southern exit of the village leads to the Plain Arcuz on Arcuz World Map. The staircase near the well leads to the dungeon in Arcuz 2.

These NPCs are found in Arcuz Village. They will offer quests to the player and some of them also sell and buy items.
- Wayne, the village head.
- Kimura, a retired adventurer and ranger.
- Chung, a traveling merchant, who sell gear with compose effects for the right price.
- Paul, a retired knight, who lets the player use his chests as storage.
- Gran, the local blacksmith, who sells gear.
- Susan, the villages witch, who sells potions and other consumeables and lets the player compose items.
- Anna, a small orphan girl, who was taken in by the village after she became orphaned.
- Celeste, an elven mage, who stays in Arcuz Village after the player rescues her in Arcuz 2.
